  • I almost lost hope and gave up. I knew my son was safest with me but for some reason, all the lawyers I've worked with didn't want to stand up, and fight for me and my son. They all told me it was impossible for me to get what I wanted. One of them even said: "Texas law favors the mom not the dad, and if you try to fight that, you'll lose". After going through 3 lawyers who got me nowhere, I almost lost hope and gave up. Then one day, I thought to myself "I need to work with the best". I wasn't going to just give up without giving it my all. So I spent hours researching. I went from one site to another, read as many reviews as I could... and they all pointed to one person. Christina Jimenez. At first I was skeptical, but all that changed after working with Christina and her firm. She took the time to really get to know me, the case, and the outcome I desired. Once she did, she put her heart and soul into fighting for me and my son. She is as passionate about this case as I am, and it feels good to have the BEST person on my side, representing me. If you are looking for someone who will fight for what you deserve, has your best interest in mind, and has the grace, knowledge, and skill to get you the best possible outcome for you, I highly recommend working with Christina and her firm. Now I know why they call her a Super Lawyer. My only regret? I wish I would've found and hired her sooner. From the bottom of my heart... THANK YOU!

  • My husband and I recently used Nancy as our realtor to sell our house and also to help us purchase a house. We interviewed a few realtors to weigh our options. After our initial meeting with Nancy, the answer was clear, she had to be our realtor. She has continued to impress throughout the process. We were first time home sellers as well as first time purchasers of a pre-existing home (we built our previous house). From the beginning she laid out the process and set expectations for us. She is the hardest working person I know and doesn’t rest until her work is done, literally. Her follow-up and responsiveness is impeccable. She is extremely knowledgeable and always was one step ahead of the other agents. Oh, and did I mention she is fun and has a great personality to boot?! It is evident that Nancy enjoys her work and is passionate about it. I appreciate her candor and frankness, especially with the housing market the way it is today. She is a good listener and got a feel for what my husband and I were looking for in our new house. She didn’t waste her time or ours by taking us to homes we wouldn’t be interested in. Buying a home is a huge decision (the biggest single expense in most people’s lives) and selling a home can be emotional and bittersweet. Nancy put us at ease and I always knew that she had our best interest in mind. She was never pushy. She genuinely wanted us to find the “right” house, not just a house so she could close the deal. I guarantee you will enjoy your home selling/home buying process with Nancy Pieper. She is a rare breed in the Real Estate Market. Call her today! You won’t be disappointed!

Update: Second time I went in wasn't as bad. I arrived @ 3pm and the woman was very nice. So, overall, average of 3 stars. These people don't post it, but they won't do title transfers after 4pm. They will gladly tell you that at 4:05pm though - while there are 4 people behind the counter talking about what they are going to do over the weekend. They have no idea that the rest of the world also has working hours. If you are providing a service to the public, you should offer hours that they can actually use your service. Even the DMV is open late one night of the week, and they get a worse rap.
