- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Deposited cash into the ATM at this branch and the machine took some of the cash without counting it. Went inside and told the teller, they took my name and after a MONTH sent me a letter that said there was no discrepancy in their records so I'm out $140 without any recourse or way to get that money back. My wife had this happen at Chase and they sorted it all out within 3 days. I'll be closing my account with BBVA and staying far, far away.
