  My husband and I recently used Nancy as our realtor to sell our house and also to help us purchase a house. We interviewed a few realtors to weigh our options. After our initial meeting with Nancy, the answer was clear, she had to be our realtor. She has continued to impress throughout the process. We were first time home sellers as well as first time purchasers of a pre-existing home (we built our previous house). From the beginning she laid out the process and set expectations for us. She is the hardest working person I know and doesn’t rest until her work is done, literally. Her follow-up and responsiveness is impeccable. She is extremely knowledgeable and always was one step ahead of the other agents. Oh, and did I mention she is fun and has a great personality to boot?! It is evident that Nancy enjoys her work and is passionate about it. I appreciate her candor and frankness, especially with the housing market the way it is today. She is a good listener and got a feel for what my husband and I were looking for in our new house. She didn’t waste her time or ours by taking us to homes we wouldn’t be interested in. Buying a home is a huge decision (the biggest single expense in most people’s lives) and selling a home can be emotional and bittersweet. Nancy put us at ease and I always knew that she had our best interest in mind. She was never pushy. She genuinely wanted us to find the “right” house, not just a house so she could close the deal.   My wife and I used Nancy Pieper to sell our old home and buy a new one. Not only is Nancy a great Realtor, she is probably one of the best people I have come to know. She genuinely cares about her clients, which is a term I use loosely because she felt more like a longtime friend throughout the whole process! She made the whole process easy and comfortable, which can be a very stressful one. The thing we loved most about Nancy is once we bought our new house, she went the extra mile to help us turn it into a home. She was very in touch with what things we like and didn’t, and helped us change the new house to match our family and needs. She has great contacts that can help with remodeling, painting, etc. She basically acted like a general contractor for us on the few things we wanted to update on the new house. Can’t say enough about how great she is!!!
