  Had one of Allstate's policy holders hit my brand new car with their door but Allstate not willing to take responsibility just because policy holder isn't answering. They already set up my car rental and gave me an estimate for repairs but said it was a mistake. They are rude and talk over me when I call. They need to get it together! I wouldn't want to have an insurance company like that. They told me I would have better luck fixing under my policy even though their policy holder handed me over their insurance so I could take a picture and file a claim. Ridiculous!

  The Park Agency (Allstate - Sarah Park) has always been extremely helpful to me and my husband. We've been with them for over 10+ years. Sarah, Ashley, and Karen are professional and provide great customer service with each interaction whether we have a claim to file or payment our payments. We always appreciate Karen's reminder phone calls when our homeowner's insurance or auto insurance is due. Thanks for being our insurance provider of choice! You are terrific!
