  This place is horrible. The only way you can get any kind of help or answers is if you physically take yourself there. I have called at all different hours of the day, different days of the week, and NEVER ONCE could speak to someone. While you're in store you never even hear a phone ring. They're also never busy so I can't understand why no one can't answer a phone. More often than not it's an inconvenience to drive there. A phone call is all I needed.

  Richard it's common courtesy to respond when a customer spends you multiple emails. Also if you say you will get back to a customer with an update, do it.
